i'm taking guaifenesin pseudoephedrine and codeine. will these make me feel different than usual?

Possibly: Guaifenesin doesn't really cause emotional, mental or physical changes in most people other than loosening congestion so you can cough it out more easily.Pseudoephedrine hypes some folks up &amp; decreases appetite, codeine can cause sedation &amp; drowsiness.In combination, they usually balance out, but you may be more sensitive to one of the ingredients than another.

You can: But you have to know the maximum dose you can take a day of each of these medicines and their side effect. Ibuprofen for pain has to be taken with food. Guaifenesin to loosen secretions, and pseudo Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) for decongestant with side effect of rapid heart rate, anxiety and increase BP temporarily.  Also consider all the precautions for pregnancy and ulcer, etc.. They don't have interactions.

i have dosed pseudoephedrine hci, guaifenesin, and dextromethorphan hbr. i also took 2 10/650 vicodin. is this safe i took about 3.5 fluid ounces of robitussin cf, which is what contained all of the ingredients listed. is this combination potentially harm

According : According to drugs.Com, there are no interactions listed for Robitussin (guaifenesin) CF and vicodin.  However, if you are not feeling well, you should contact you doctor to discuss.

Yes : Yes no problem. Robitussin (guaifenesin) makes the mucus thin and sudafed decongests you.

Depends on dose: but taking both together in recommended dosages should not cause any problems.

Yes: This is fine to take together and some companies will package these drugs together into 1 pill.  The sudafed is a great decongestant and the Mucinex (guaifenesin) can help break up the mucus in your nose/sinues/lungs.  If you have any heart issues or blood pressure issues, you will need to check w/ your doctor 1st before you take the sudafed.  Mucinex (guaifenesin) works best when you drink plenty of water.

Mgt: I would advise against taking an additional medication. Nasal rinses and nasal steroids may relieve your symptoms. A virtual appointment may be scheduled.

i have aslight pressure and irritation on my rt eye,  temple and side of my head.  which otc should i use mucinex (guaifenesin) or sudafed can it be sinus or allerg?

Need evaluation.: These symptoms could indicate a serious condition depending on your age. If you are over 60 years old you may have a condition called temporal arteritis which can cause permanent vision loss. Regardless of your age you should see your ophthalmologist.
