Possibly: Guaifenesin doesn't really cause emotional, mental or physical changes in most people other than loosening congestion so you can cough it out more easily.Pseudoephedrine hypes some folks up & decreases appetite, codeine can cause sedation & drowsiness.In combination, they usually balance out, but you may be more sensitive to one of the ingredients than another.
