Need evaluation: Can't really answer that without more information. This could be a family trait or may be a sign of something called acromegaly which is a hormone disorder caused by a pituitary tumor. You should see an ENT or facial surgeon.

i think i have a cas of hemerhoids and would like to know what i can do to get rid of it. i've never had a case of hemorhoids before as far as i can remember, but i think i may have an inner hemorhoid right now that is in my rectum(not protruding outward)

My : My first piece of advice is for you to schedule a visit with your primary care provider in order to make sure that what you are feeling is actually a hemorrhoid. If it is in fact an internal hemorrhoid your doctor can prescribe a rectal Hydrocortisone suppostory, which can be inserted into the rectum two to three times a day. This will usually start to shrink the hemorrhoid in a matter of weeks. If this does not work you can be referred to a specialist who can surgically remove the hemorrhoid.

i have protruding veins that start at the temple area and go down through my eyelid.  what is the cause and how to get rid of them. ?

Prominent face veins: This is normal anatomy of your vasculature. As we age, skin becomes thinner and veins more visible. If there is high pressure or impediment to proper drainage, vein can become dilated &amp; prominent . If there is tenderness, try NSAIDs and see your doctor. Spider veins can be treated with LASERs but not large veins, especially close to eyes.

Scoliosis?: Scoliosis, or curvature of the spine can cause one side of your ribs to protrude.

Probably normal: There is nothing inside your rib cage that can make it "poke out."  Anything that you feel must be outside the rib cage or the ribs themselves.
