Left side rib cage or chest protruding out. since last 2 years my left side rib cage protrudes significantly more. nothing in ultrasound. am smoker.

See your doctor: Some people have oddly shaped ribs. You had an ultrasound but that is not the best imaging for lungs or bones. A chest x-ray would be better, but it would be best to see a doctor to determine what test would be best for you. Be well.
