Be Firm and Patient: Young kids will eat when hungry. I offer them choices for meals.If they refuse to eat, that is their choice.I inform them that they will have to wait until the next meal.Some choices are their favorites, but not always.If no meals, no snacks.Do not negotiate and do not allow them to "drink" a meal.If your are firm over 1-2 weeks the eating habits always improve.They will not starve.

Dou meanConstipation: Iif you mean you are not hahing regular bowel movements and are constipated.
You need to get yourself checked  by your doctor.With proper history like eating habits and in detail about what you call latrein, physical exam etc
meanwhile eat more fruits and vegetables, drink more fluids , include more legumes like beans , chick peas etc.

See below: Culturally or physiologically? Sadly 4 social & work purposes we r pressed into meal routine that counters physiologic sense. We should eat when we are hungry or "graze" thruout the day to maintain more even blood sugar levels & prevent obesity. Diabetics & the obese are advise to eat multiple mini-meals for these reasons. Ideally family should eat 1 meal together for social interaction.

By slowly: adding solid foods you will find that the infant begins to LOVE the TASTE of such "treats" and gradually will choose solids and eliminate the bottle (except for THIRST!!)

Depends: Are you pro, amateur, or just recreational?  A pro martial artist, such as a ufc fighter will most likely engage in intense anaerobic and aerobic exercises.  Lots of good quality protein and good quality carbs, low fat.  Amateur, same thing but not as strict.  Recreational? I think if you keep a generally healthy diet, it won't matter.  You don't need super high protein, or high calories. Healthy!

and polyunsaturated fats are considered good fats while saturated fats and trans fats are considered harmful. Examples of good fats are olive oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, peanut oil, sesame oil, avocados, olives, and nuts but in moderation.

No: Were it that simple!  'healthy forever' involves avoiding nasty things like drugs, excessive stress, exposure to toxins etc. Wearing a seatbelt is another important factor. Health is a multifactorial matter.
