HyPOtensive crisis?: I've never heard of hyPOtensive crisis. HyPERtensive crisis, yes. When someone's blood pressure is dangerously low, that's called "shock." There's hemorrhagic shock &amp; septic shock &amp; shock from low cardiac output due to MI or CHF, etc. Drugs commonly known as pressors such as dopamine, dobutamine, and levarterenol are used to keep BP up. I'll defer to my intensivist colleagues for better answers.

Possibly: This may be necessary. To goal is to address the cause of the low blood pressure. For example, if due to acute bleeding, replacement of blood volume is appropriate. If due to vasodilation, vasoconstrictors are helpful. In severe crisis, combinations of treatments are needed.

Neostigmine is available but not commonly used. Edrophonium is an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor but does not come in an oral form. It is mainly used as a diagnostic agent for MG.

Not Exactly: What is passed genetically from parent to child is the propensity to develop atopy (such as eczema, asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergies) but usually not sensitization to specific allergens which the parent is allergic to.  The exception, which is a controversial topic, is drug allergies, but this is usually dependent on metabolism of the drug which is inherited rather than the allergy.

Sometimes: But not all the time. Nasal allergies are not a frequent cause of a really bad persistent cough. In a child with allergies and a really bad cough (assuming no fever) I would be concerned about a reactive airway/asthma type condition. If the child also had eczema I would be even more concerned.
