Here are some ...: Prostate(P) size is not linearly proportional to the degree of obstructive urination. In other words, an enlarging P doesn't always indicate having trouble to void and a small P doesn't always guarantee on in voiding. In short, how a man voids is dictated by how his urinary sphincteric unit may coordinately relax and open to pee with normal voiding pressure inside bladder. So, ask Doc for reality.
