Incidental finding: You are undergoing an outpatient workup for the pain. This us test has revealed an incidental finding of prostate enlargement, currently without symptom. Also the us was negative for gallstones which is not the same as okay gallbladder. More testing may be recommended. Stay on a low fat diet, small frequent meals, increase hydration, while still under pain evaluation. Be well.
