TAVIST(CLEMASTINE): Yes it is available as brand name and generic clmastine, 
in march 2011 fda approved it to be available over the counter without prescription.

Sick sinus: Tylenol is safe, but since sick sinus syndrome can produce rapid tachycardia as well as bradycardia, you must avoid decongestant medications like Sudafed or neosynephrine which can stimulate the heart and induce tachycardia.

Yes: Because these 2 are from different classes of medication, it is fine to alternate Ibuprofen and tylenol (acetaminophen) for a short term basis.  I am also assuming that you have normal liver and kidney function.  However, if your symptoms do not improve with this regimen, you should see your doc.

No major  interactio: No major drug interactions between Bupropion and Oxymetalozine decongestant.
Bupropion in people with alcoholism can precipitate alcohol withdrawal and rarely seizures,

i struggle with major anxiety and use medication for it. today i went for a flu and sinus shot and now a few hours later, i feel more anxious than ever with cold sweats and dizziness. could one of these two shots increase anxiety symptoms?

Uncertain:  The influenza vaccine should not be increasing your anxiety. However, I don't know what you mean by "sinus" shot. Thus, I can't tell you if this increases risk for anxiety. What I need to ask is if you are having any difficulty breathing? Swelling of mouth, lips or throat?  Chest tightness? Those could be signs of havaing an allergic rxn to one of your shots.

Sinusitis: This is a common scenario in which to develop a sinus infection.  An initial viral URTI that appears to be resolving, but then a sinus infection sets in.  A Z-pak can work, although Amoxicillin or amoxicillin-clavulinic acid are preferred if you are not allergic, and should be given for at least 7 days, more often for 10 as adequate antibiotic penetration into sinus cavities takes some time.

Nasal spray: You could try some simple saline nasal spray or prescription steroid and/or antihistamine nasal sprays... Very little of which are absorbed.

my daughter caught a cold and has a very high fever for a day. when i took her to the er, she told the doctor that she had pain around her sinus regions. we were sent home with fever-reducing medications, but she now has weird marks along her nose?

Accepted Answer

: It’s hard to say without seeing the rash.  Perhaps fifth disease caused by parvovirus?  You can Google for pictures.  If your child is feeling and acting normal then it should resolve on its own.  However, if she is worsening or you are concerned then you should probably have her seen again.  Hope she feels better soon!
