Left Atrial abnormality maybe is suggesting hypertension or another etiology that increased pressure. this could be backing up to the RV and cause hypertrophy. Any recent viral infection? Pericarditis?

Several things: Laa means that your left atrium is either enlarged, thickened (hypertrophied), or both. Diffuse ischemia is a worrisome reading on an ekg and means you need further evaluation. An imaging stress test (with either echo or nuclear medicne) is the usual next step. Good luck.

: I do not have your EKG to personally evaluate, from what you've stated (it shows normal sinus rhythm), I would listen to your doctor and not be overly concerned. In cases where someone is in a rhythm called "atrial fibrillation" (which you don't have), the atrium doesn't contract normally and blood clotting may result. In those cases blood thinners are often recommended to prevent stroke.

So "mild" and anterior leaflet "tip" makes me question the diagnoses. U may want to get a second Opinion. Having said that, prolapse is only a concern if the valve is also leaky. You make no mention of that - so no mitral regurgitation. Then ought not to be an issue.
