A member asked:

Can doctors tell me what does left atrial abnormality and repol abnrm ischemia, diffuse leads suggests?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several things: Laa means that your left atrium is either enlarged, thickened (hypertrophied), or both. Diffuse ischemia is a worrisome reading on an ekg and means you need further evaluation. An imaging stress test (with either echo or nuclear medicne) is the usual next step. Good luck.
