: Rash is almost never the only symptom of a new HIV infection (i.e. acute retroviral syndrome, or ARS). If you think you have been exposed to HIV or otherwise infected, get professionally evaluated. When ARS includes rash, all symptoms usually start 1-2 weeks after infection and clear up over the next 2-4 weeks. Good luck.

Changes in the urine: Nephritis means inflammation of the kidney.  This can sometimes result in blood or protein being lossed in the urine manifesting as a smoky or frothy urinary appearance  nephritis can result in kidney injury and as such, patients may present with feelings of fatigue, swelling and elevated blood pressure.  In may instances, nephritis causes no symptoms and is picked up incidentally bo routine labs.

There is no sudden recovery if meningitis has been present, and the improvement is gradual and steady over several weeks or months.  If you were thot to have meningitis and the problems disappeared, you were labeled in error.

Cellulitis gone: If you had cellulitis and the symptoms have disappeared after one month, you are technically free of cellulitis but you must avoid what caused it. Do not scratch yourself without washing your hands and nails first. Use a clean soft tooth brush over the area that had the cellulitis if it gets itchy. Use daily skin moisturizers Containing Vitamin E and Zinc to keep the skin healthy.
