hi, i have been have g a spasm like feeling that lasts a few seconds at a time on the right side of my head, sometimes back of my head. what's wrong?

Many possibilities : May be a migraine / headache disorder or maybe a dystonia.  There is a chance as well with facial spasm of a problem causing low calcium.  Please see a doctor for examination and consideration of tests

since march, i have pain in the left side of my neck..not all the time ..but.sometimes  the pain moves to the back of my head too..what you think?

Muscle spasm: This sounds like muscle spasm of the supporting neck muscles,actually quite common. I suggest using Advil or Aleve (naproxen) , if not allergic and also BioFreeze cram or gel.

i have a spot on the left side of my head that gets a feeling of a pin prick every time i move it to a side or up/down.  any insight?

No idea: There are too many unknowns to be able to make even educated guess.  How long have you had this "spot"?  Is there a change in the skin over the "spot"?  Any other symptoms?  What's your age, medical history, etc?

Cluster?: This is a headache.  But what type?  Seems to have some features of cluster headache, but would have to hear more story. If they are this brief best treatment might be oxygen.  See your doc to evaluate this and get treated.

it's been long time since one side of my neck hurts and i can't turn back my head like the other side.this problem continues till now.what can i do?

Could mechanical: Problem with rotation of cervical vertebrae in one direction with associated muscle spasms on the opposite side. It could also be a disk problem, but much less likely if you don't have shooting pain to the fingers on either arm. See an osteopathic doctor for a detailed physical exam on the range of motion of individual neck vertebrae as well as for imaging and a diagnosis.

have an odd pressure sensation when i touch back left side of head. not painful, and does not occur all the time. could this be an irritated nerve?

Yes: The Occipital nerve runs up the back of your neck and can in fact be irritated by a disc problem in your neck!
