Many possibilities : May be a migraine / headache disorder or maybe a dystonia. There is a chance as well with facial spasm of a problem causing low calcium. Please see a doctor for examination and consideration of tests

Neck pain: It could be due to a strained muscle or due to muscular tension/ posture related. It could also mean something sinister such as inflammation or infection or malignancy the brain and spinal cod. It is difficult to tell without examination. See your doctor as soon as possible
