i have a sharp pain in right side of my head. starts in front and ends in the back. lasts for only 20 seconds. happens serval times a day.

Cluster?: This is a headache. But what type? Seems to have some features of cluster headache, but would have to hear more story. If they are this brief best treatment might be oxygen. See your doc to evaluate this and get treated.
