when i stand i have some pressure over my eyes and i tilt my head back and it feels ok but soon as lean it forward, i feel the fullness return. why?

ALLERGY SINUSITIS: Most likely you have allergy sinusitis , or you could be having a chronic sinusitis
try to take allergy medicine like zyrtec or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) at night since it could make you drowsy
if persistent you might need to see ENT specialist
some people benefit from saline nasal spray, some suggest local honey from your local farmer market.

No: This sounds like sinus disease.  Best to get the sinuses checked out and if the sensation is persistent, check the blood vessels and orbits.

More explanation : of your symptoms is needed, as we don't really know what you meant by 'sinking sensation' , and where is the 'pressure'? Having sinusitis can cause facial pain, and pressure when u lean forward, but not the 'sinking sensation'. The finding noted on the MRI is an incidental finding, as the study wasn't meant to look for sinusitis, so please talk to the ordering physician for diagnosis, best wishes

Many considerations: Hi, I wonder who ordered the MRI? Did that doctor have an idea what he or she was looking for?  Does your doctor have any thoughts for you? If the MRI is truly negative, some of the major issues (brain mass, bleed, and stroke) have been pretty much excluded. I wonder if the brain MR showed any signs of paranasal sinus disease or mastoid air cell disease. Consider sinus disease and ear disease.Luck

See a doctor: That type of pain is unusual for "sinus pressure." if you have a sinus infection, i'd be concerned about a complication or extension of the infection. If you don't have a sinus infection, i'd be worried about something irritating the lining to the brain.

i have a soft lump between c7 and t1. it's more disc shaped than round. i can only feel it when i tilt my head up with chin up. it moves if i apply pressure while tilting back. i had neck pain a few weeks ago but is mostly resolved. what can it be?

Hard to tell without: ...An exam. It would be unusual to break your nose in your sleep without a known trauma (e.g.Fall). Other conditions may cause pressure or pain at the nose. See your doc.

Difficult to say: A possible explanation is that the nerve roots of the neck are compressed or narrowed. By tilting the head one way, this opens up the foramen (the exit ports for the nerve roots) on one side, thus taking pressure off them and decreasing the pain.
