Height: Our height is determined genetically. You are 25, and are probably done growing. Be proud of who you are. There's not a heck of a lot that you can't do; even at 5'4"!

can exercise asthma symptoms still be present in humid conditions?

Yes: Humidity helps with some asthma control but nothing prevents exercise induced asthma except for preventer medications.

i have a smooth pain on the bladder area that increases when i exercise. this pain have been present for more than a year.

a year ago an urologist i explained this problem to an urologist but i could not find any problem.

Bladder pain: It could be a lot of things, if these symptoms have relation with urinary symptoms, like frequency, dysuria, cloudy urine, maybe you will need blood and urine exams like a radiology check to discard any urinary causes.

If not, its possible that the cause could be for another reason, not necessary the bladder.

my understanding: chest pain worsening upon exertion can be cad.  if chest pain sometimes present but never during vigorous exercise, is cad unlikely?

Unlikely...: Usually chest pain associated with CAD occurs upon exertion since this is the time when more workload it is put on your heart and requires high oxygen supply so if there is a clot or plaque obstructing should cause more symptoms during activity.It can also happen at rest but if it happens while doing exercise. A definite answer should be pursued by getting evaluated.F/u w/ your doctor on this.

for trigger finger present in thumb, can exercises help it if not doing surgery?

Not really: I don't generally prescribe pt for trigger thumb or trigger fingers . An injection in the A1 pulley can often help symptoms in the short term... Best of Luck!

can fibromyalgia lead to exercise (even mild ex) intolerance  prolonged ex. recovery time (~3 days) with muscle twitching ? no trigger points present.

Well: The issue is one of recurrent muscle spasm, likely, with low daytime energy levels.  Whethr it is an issue of recovery or one of increased pain becuase of a lowered pain threshold can be hard to say.  Do you sleep well? Grind your teeth at night? Fatigued during the day? Those issues complicate the problem, not the fibromyalgia, but its kind of like the chicken and egg. There are good meds to help.

i previously posted about my ankle and got rehab exercises to strengthen it from the dotor. my ankle was healing fine but yesterday at work i felt a sudden stabbing pain while standing, that pain is now present when i stretch my ankle. why is this?

: I would recommend going back to the doctor and get the precise diagnosis. You did not specify wear the pain is located so impossible to isolate the structures involved. Sounds like you were doing well so important not to loose what you have worked hard to gain.

Muscular?: Suggesting muscular origin based on description, specifically a strain might cause such pain.

Check it out: May or may not be infection but certainly is a problem. Allergies, post-nasal drainage, acid reflux, abnormalities of the throat, vocal cords or upper wind pipe are all possibilities. See your primary care doctor, or an ear, nose and throat specialist (an ent).  Often they only need to do a simply office procedure to look down the back of your throat and see the problem.

is moutain climber exercise safe for beginners?

Yes: It's a safe but can be hard on beginners with low endurance.
