Usually not: Most of the time patients have very little discomfort after surgery. Sometimes there is occasional sensation like an eyelash in the eye.

Better Vision:): The first few days after surgery may be somewhat blurred, however, some patient see better immediately.  Best vision may require a spectacle rx, depending on the type of implant you were a candidate for, and which one you selected.  You should experience no pain.  Make sure you use your drops as prescribed and do not rub the eye or lift heavy objects immediately.

Little to none: With modern cataract surgery, most patients are comfortable after surgery.  Most discomfort can be managed with over the counter pain meds like tylenol (acetaminophen).  If you have more severe discomfort after cataract surgery, call your surgeon immediately for advice...

Depends: Typically yes. However, if you were given the lens called crystalens to replace the cataract, then some surgeons would not want you to read without using readers for up to one month to let this lens stabilize.

Depends: It really depends on your surgeon and the surgical technique.  I use no stitches and usually advise my patients that they cannot go swimming for two weeks following cataract surgery.

Usually: Astigmatism or irregular corneal surface.
If a retro bulbar infection for anesthesia is done this may cause some short term 
 diplopia.

Accepted Answer

Yes: There is no known problem from computer use after cataract surgery.  If prolonged, anyone may experience temporary eye fatigue and/or dryness.  Focused work or detailed task such as using computers, reading, or even driving can reduce our natural blinking and result in temporary dry eye.

Yes: Usually, no problem as long as eye is healthy.
