Probably none right: Right now, you do not need any treatment for hpv or for any changes in your cervical cytology.
Most young women recover from this infection... It is only after the age of 30 that we start being concerned about persistent changes and only worry if you have high grade changes what is commonly called cin-3. You should find out what term did your cytology report use? Atypical cells or high grade chang.

F/u with gyne: You need to follow up with your gynecologist. Your gyne will do  colposcopy then further procedure as warranted. Furthermore, close monitoring with your gyne is necessary as it your doctor would make sure that it will not progress further.

Radiation : Radiation therapy can be used for both malignant and benign conditions. Occasionally, radiation therapy is employed to treat precancerous lesions that are either highly suspicious for an underlying malignancy or are not able to be treated with a surgical approach. The radiation oncologist would explain the rationale for their decision to use radiation therapy. Most of the time, this decision is made by a multi-disciplinary team of providers (i.e. Surgeon, radiation oncologist, medical oncologist, pathologist, etc.).

Depends on contagion: A woman doesn't want to catch a new contagion. That means sex of any type is not safe unless she is up to date on her Gardasil HPV vaccination (the current version that blocks 9 HPV strains). While the vaccine doesn't get rid of the HPV she may already have, it helps block other HPV she may come in contact with during any kind of sex, and thus help prevent future cancers.
