? Problem: Normally closed by now.You need to be sure that the skull is not expanding due to increased intracranial pressure.Tis potentially can be dangerous.Ask your pediatrician.

i fractured medial and posterior malleolus 13 weeks ago. xray shows posterior healed but there is still a gap at medial. is surgery the only option?

Depends on you havi-: Ng any pain or discomfort, swelling etc.
If none then you probably have healed.
The gap medially should gradually close, as it does in majority of cases. Mostly the gap is due to soft tissue caught between the fragments medially. 
Surgery would be needed only if you have the above mentioned symptoms or signs like tenderness, swelling, inability to bear any weight on the foot.

Range: The anterior fontanelle can close as early as four months or as late as 20 months; most close within 7 to 19 months.

Possibly: Early closure of sutures in infants with microcephaly (abnormally small head) is not true craniosynostosis.

: Let me put it this way.  I don’t think that the situation is abnormal.  Have you asked the Pediatrician.

swollen lymph node in posterior chain for 2 months. u/s showed normal. i can still feel it and i haven't been sick. do i biopsy if it remains? when?

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if the lymph glands double in size, become painful, ulcerate, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever,  or lose weight, you should see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i tore my labrum and had a posterior and anterior slap repair. i'm about 4 months post-op and still experience a lot of pain. should i see my doctor?

See your surgeon yes: Persistent pain more than 3 months out form a slap repair warrants a visit to your surgeon to make sure the repair has healed.

i had bilateral mild hydronephrosis from 4 months. upon diagnosis i got posterior urethral valve ablation. a month since my surgery still have it and i wonder how much time it would take to completely heal and any complications? i am 18 years old?

: If hydronephrosis resolved completely afterward you should be fine without any long term complication thanks to the early diagnosis of mild hydronephrosis with routine antenatal ultrasound. You should have good kidney function with a normal kidney ultrasound at this time. Take care.

: Depends on how bad and for how long you had hydronephrosis. Ask Dr who has seen the x-rays and did your surgery what their experience has been in folks like you who they did what they did on you.
