ANA and anti-RNP are seeing in mixed connective tissue disease and can overlap with rheumatoid arthritis but more information is needed, talk to your rheumatologist about them. RA by itself usually have other 2 antibodies positive called RF ( rheumatoid factor) and anti-CCP ( citrullinated peptides).

: Assuming you have well documented Small Fiber Neuropathy, confirmed on skin punch biopsy, there is a standard blood and urine testing protocol to uncover causation.  It is best that you work with an experienced neurologist at a nearby medical school to achieve thorough and successful management.  The most common cause in the USA is diabetes or pre-diabetes, but other causes may be considered.

Keep log of symptoms with duration, location, etc as that might help significantly in formulating a diagnosis. It is always wise to establish with a PCP. See details: I do not know what medical services are available to you but a rheumatologist would be the doctor to see if that is possible. You need to be on disease-modifying medications to control the inflammation and prevent joint damage. This usually starts with Methotrexate and then other meds can be added if this is not sufficient.
