You may be dealing with photoallergy, phototoxicity ( from exposure to toxic substances or medications or photo sensitivity related to an autoimmune disorder like lupus. Most clinicians don't consider fibromyalgia to be an autoimmune disorder, but you've had juvenile arthritis ITP & a positive ANA. Does your rheumatologist think you could have lupus?
