See details: I do not know what medical services are available to you but a rheumatologist would be the doctor to see if that is possible. You need to be on disease-modifying medications to control the inflammation and prevent joint damage. This usually starts with Methotrexate and then other meds can be added if this is not sufficient.

See rheumatologist: That blood test reports simply a protein in your blood that binds to certain other proteins called immunoglobulins. It is neither diagnostic of rheumatoid arthritis, nor does it necessarily even imply arthritis. The question is why the test was performed. If you have arthritis, a rheumatologist will be very helpful.
