Similar  issues: DDD, stands for degenerative disc disease. It is a condition in which the actual cushion between the vertebrae begins to dry out and shrink. DJD  stands for degenerative joint disease , a condition in which the bone is beginning to become arthritic and may develop spurs . Another name for that is osteoarthritis. That condition may be age and or activity related. Spondylosis is also interchangeable

Yes: Get a second opinion. Although many patients have +anas, an elevated ESR and multiple symptoms are pointing to a rheumatic condition. There are many diseases along the spectrum including seronegative rheumatoid arthritis, anklosing spondylitis, , mixed connective tissue disease. I hope you feel better soon.

my last ferritin readings were 341 and 368, i'm 42/male. can ferritin increase from a swollen elbow or osteoarthritis? esr/crp/ana normal. my iron profile was normal except for elevated ferritin. im fit and dont drink. metabolic panel normal, hfe neg

No concern: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your ferritin levels are not a cause for concern.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Lupus, maybe: I think you may well be right. You should be under the care of a competent rheumatologist. A Coombs test would be in order to see if you have hemolytic anemia.

May not be one cause: Autoimmune diseases can cause all your symptoms, however, a low positive ANA is non specific. Fat malabsoprtion can be seen in pancreatic disease with sjogren's & +ana. Also, hypermobility syndrome which is associated with autonomic dysfunction, mast cell activation disorder, food allergies, and folate (folic acid) metabolism issues also presents in young females, unrelated to autoimmune disese. Get a workup.

Talk to rheum: You need to consult a rheumatologist . Even though the positive tests point to the presence of vasculitis, by themselves they have no meaning.

The results are not specific for any particular disease if positive, but are a preliminary test, after which a range of possibilities are considered.
