See below: If you had reported bilaterally enlargement of parotid glands, i would say possibly.  ANA can be positive or negative with sjogren's.  Your current thyroid symptoms are not consistent with sjogren's.

Luekopenia: Low WBC can come from various couses. One is infection. Blood diseases. One is systemic lupus. With a positive ANA, one needs to know how strong and if there are other immunologic markers present. Sometimes a low level ANA can come with anti-thyroid antibodies. But you need to see a rheumatologist. The first thing I would do is repeat the tests to see if the abnormalities are persistant.

This is associated with fatigue and weight gain, and requires treatment with thyroid hormone. Having multiple nodules on your thyroid may or may not be related.  You likely have hashimoto's thyroiditis. This can cause the appearance of multiple small thyroid nodules (heterogeneous texture) on ultrasound.

Also, radioablation to rid overactive gland.
