ANA: You likely don't have lupus. ANA cross reacts with thyroid antibodies. You have hashimotos disease causing a thyroid nodule. See an endocrinologist.

Need to examine: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that neither of the items you mentioned is cause for immediate concern. Wish you good health!
