Edema: Generally the clear fluid that leaks is one of two things: either it's edema (swelling) from the trauma of the pressure or it's fluid from inside the cells that have ruptured.  Either way it's an indication that you're applying too much pressure to "pop the pimple".  It is not generally recommended to squeeze acne.  The pressure can actually cause the infection to go deeper or lead to scarring.

I do not believe this condition has anything to do with white blood cells, but with your history, i would still encourage you to seek dermatologic care to not only get treatment, but peace of mind.

Bump with pain: There are several possibilities, including a stye and an abscess.  If t is tender, it may be infected.  An abscess needs to be drained by a skilled eye surgeon (ophthalmologist).  Do not try to drain it yourself, since it may be located near a tear drainage duct.
