Sebum: Clear fluid from pimples is indicative of sebum, which is a naturally produced substance derived from sebaceous glands. I do not believe this condition has anything to do with white blood cells, but with your history, i would still encourage you to seek dermatologic care to not only get treatment, but peace of mind.
