Benign: Should be no problem but continue to follow up with your provider since you are under 50.

Probably not...: But if the polyp was either an adenoma or serrated polyp, it should still be removed in its entirety.

: Your doctor who is monitoring you should advise you about the future course of action. To me it does not look like a serious problem. I am not familiar with the abbreviation USG...what is it? At your age, I do not think you need repeat testing unless your 'stomach issues' persist.

No: Hyperplastic polyps do not become cancerous but adenomatous polyps may if they become large enough. They can always recur anywhere in the colon even at sites where a polyp was previously removed.

Donot worry : Polyps are most of the time benign ,So donot worry ,just keep an eye on your monthly cycle ,if it becomes heavy try to see your obgyn for further treatment and same thing proliferative endometrium is benign too ,So donot worry about the findings ,just focus on your symptoms

Polyps: When irregular bleeding occurs we can not predict when it will occur or when it will stop. If you know that you have an endometrial polyp the best next step would be to have it removed. This is a very simple procedure. An IUD may be to mask the bleeding over time but this is not guaranteed

Not very: If completely removed, they should not come back at the same site. Polyps are slow growing - unless you have an inherited colon cancer syndrome. That is why is most cases we recommend coming back in 5 years for most people with colon polyps.
