Not necessarily: Some but not all people have pain during their hida scan during injection of cck, the drug that simulates food in the duodenum that stimulates the gallbladder to contract.
If your gallbladder ejection fraction is low or very high then it can also indicate gallbladder problems that can be cured with surgery.Dyskinesia.

Sincalide / CCK: If you are feeling cramping during a hida scan, it is likely that you were given Kinevac / sincalide / cck.  This substance is used to cause gallbladder contraction which can cause cramping.  Reasons for administering cck include prolonged fasting (&gt;24 hrs.) by the patient prior to hida.  In addition, cck can be used to determine a gallbladder ejection fraction.

Headaches : There are numerous reasons for headaches, besides tumor such as gbm.  A normal scan (either contrast enhanced ct or mri) only 2 months ago is very reassuring that there is no tumor.  It is extremely unlikely for a symptomatic primary tumor to delvelop in only 2 months especially if the symptoms are similar to prior episodes.

Endometriosis: Since you have had a scan i would assume you are being followed by a physician. Abnormal uterine bleeding and thickened endometrium can be caused by endometriosis. I would suggest following up with your physician at your earliest convenience.

CT pain: The CT scan itself should be painless.  However, if there is an intravenous injection involved, there may be some discomfort at the injection site, and there may be a sensation of heat or a flushed feeling in the body.  If you have neck or back problems, or other positioning issues, you may be uncomfortable laying on the table.  Otherwise, pain during the CT scan is probably unrelated to the CT .

Not uncommon: This is usually when the technologist injects cck.  Cck causes the gallbladder to contract and allows the tech to measure the ejection fraction (how well the gallbladder empties).  Some healthy people feel pain when cck is injected, especially if injected quickly.  In some people, if the cck reproduces the patient's usual pain, this is one possible indicator of gallbladder dysfunction.

Uptake not useful: Pet scan usually use a radioactive sugar to go where tumors are based on the idea that a very active cancer is using up a lot of energy to grow, so suger is going to the same place. 

Some tumors just don't concentrate the agents in pet scans much over background. It can mean the tumor is slow growing. But it doesn't have to mean that. Small lesions can often just not be big enough.

Cycle regulation: A five day cycle is considered in the normal range. It is common for old blood to be passed in the next few days. If you are wanting to have shorter and lighter periods then consider seeing an Obgyn who can offer one of the many contraceptive options that have short light periods as a side effect

during tb treatment, i developed clear sputum production after two months which was not there before. now finish treatment, all tests and scan are normal . but sputum still persists with little amount ,clear , 5 6 times per day ,increase after food?

: I assume you've completed 6 months of appropriate treatment. Since your sputum isn't thick&amp; sputum testing is negative, this clear sputum shouldn't be a serious issue. Nevertheless, your treating physician should be aware of it and advise you.
