Headaches : There are numerous reasons for headaches, besides tumor such as gbm. A normal scan (either contrast enhanced ct or mri) only 2 months ago is very reassuring that there is no tumor. It is extremely unlikely for a symptomatic primary tumor to delvelop in only 2 months especially if the symptoms are similar to prior episodes.

Unlikely with nl MRI: Headaches as the only presenting symptom are not usual with gbms. These are fairly aggressive and fast growing tumors and they usually present with some other signs of mass effect. This includes symptoms of weakness, numbness, trouble talking or thinking, seizures, blurred or double vision. Gbms are fast growing and the "incubation" time may be as short as 3 months.
