Midnite PM: Midnite pm contains melatonin 1.5 mg, chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, and some bromelain (enzyme in pineapple).  http://tinyurl.com/k5rdk7x so you would have taken a total of 9 mg of melatonin, a high dose but not likely to harm you.  The greater question is why you would take more than indicated?  Were you trying to harm yourself?  If suicidal, see a psychiatrist asap, call 911, or go to an er.

Yes: Ovulation can occur mid cycle and PMS can start any time after that! Mid cycle can be day 10 and beyond.

When and how much!: Pms usually occurs in the week or so before and ends within 1 - 2 days after a menstrual period starts. the most common physical symptoms include: bloating,  breast tenderness,  clumsiness,  constipation or diarrhea,  food cravings,  headache, diminished tolerance for noises and lights. Other symptoms can include: difficulty concentrating,  feeling sluggish, sad mood,  anxiety, and/or irritable mood.

I can't diagnose: Your symptoms. Has gastroenteritis (stomach flu) been going around your area?  Are you sexually active - missed a period?

PMS options.: Omega 3 fatty acid & magnesium supplementation can be beneficial for these symptoms. Avoid excessive sugar and low quality carbohydrate intake.  Don’t add extra salt to your food and avoid processed foods containing extra salt. Reduce caffeine and alcohol use. Stay physically active. Non- steroidal anti-inflammatory meds can be very effective. Acupuncture & acupressure are really helpful as well.

Not likely: PMS generally occurs in the days before your menstrual cycle. It also tends to occur every month. If this is the first time you have had these symptoms and you are mid cycle then other causes of bloating and breast pain should be considered

I : I would agree with you on this one. It sounds like your step daughter is not about to start her menstrual cycle. Typically a girl will get breast buds about one year prior to starting menses.
Her symptoms are worrisome. Is there a lot of stress/anxiety in her life? Any traumatic events take place recently? Problems in school? These are all questions that need to be answered because often times traumatic or stressful periods in children's lives can manifest as physical symptoms. 
On the other hand she needs a thorough work up by her medical provider. Typically, the er only does testing to rule out acute issues, and will often over look things that are less obvious.
I recommend having her evaluated by her primary care provider right away. Good luck.

i just had a jolt of pain in my upper abdomen and my body feels really achy  i've also experienced headaches and urinating a lot could it be my pms?

Possibly: Pms is a real possibility.  You want to find out that it is not something else like a kidney infection or urinary tract infection first.  Is there blood in your urine?
Have you had this before prior to your menstrual cycle?
If you do not have a fever, wait and see if it passes once your cycle starts.  If it gets worse or you do have a fever, go to your primary care doctor.

Persistent Diarrhea: 30 yo lady with a 2-3 week history of diarrhea. I have no past medical history, medications,travel history or allergies. In cases of acute diarrhea with no fever, if you still have diarrhea past 14 days, t's persistent diarrhea and after 4 weeks,chronic diarrhea. You need an urgent appointment with your primary care physician. Stay hydrated and get stool cultured for ova+parasites. Good luck
