Persistent Diarrhea: 30 yo lady with a 2-3 week history of diarrhea. I have no past medical history, medications,travel history or allergies. In cases of acute diarrhea with no fever, if you still have diarrhea past 14 days, t's persistent diarrhea and after 4 weeks,chronic diarrhea. You need an urgent appointment with your primary care physician. Stay hydrated and get stool cultured for ova+parasites. Good luck
