Possibly: Pms is a real possibility. You want to find out that it is not something else like a kidney infection or urinary tract infection first. Is there blood in your urine? Have you had this before prior to your menstrual cycle? If you do not have a fever, wait and see if it passes once your cycle starts. If it gets worse or you do have a fever, go to your primary care doctor.
