Midnite PM: Midnite pm contains melatonin 1.5 mg, chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, and some bromelain (enzyme in pineapple). http://tinyurl.com/k5rdk7x so you would have taken a total of 9 mg of melatonin, a high dose but not likely to harm you. The greater question is why you would take more than indicated? Were you trying to harm yourself? If suicidal, see a psychiatrist asap, call 911, or go to an er.

Yes- Dangerous: Since it is an over-the counter non prescription drug i don't have the research data on dosage that is dangerous or fatal. Exceeding the suggested dosage by 6 times is clearly unwise. It could give you a hangover and make you drowsy in the morning and unsafe to drive or do other things. The serious questions is why would you take an overdose? Seeing a mental health therapist is suggested.
