Yes: There is no trouble taking Motrin and Metronidazole together other than a higher risk of g i upset. Avoid alcohol with the Metronidazole to avoid an antibuse reaction.

: You may need 2-3 doses before the odor is gone. Everyone is different since everyone metabolizes the medicine differently. If in 48 hours the odor is not significantly better, then let your doctor know. Good luck!

Unlikely.: Metronidazole usually works well for routine bacterial vaginosis at that dose for 7 days.  If you are not responding after a few days of treatment, you may need to be evaluated for another cause of your symptoms.  If you initially get better and then your symptoms return, it could be due to reinfection from your partner.  Condom use will help prevent this or consider having your partner treated.

Another antibiotic.: Metronidazole is not the only antibiotic that works for BV, it's the most commonly used.  Talk to your doctor.  He might have a better solution that will help you out.

BV treatment: Treatment with a single oral dose of 2 grams of metronidazole has lower efficacy and is no longer recommended for treatment of BV. The treatment of choice is 500mg of Metronidazole twice a day x 7days.

Antibiotics=diarrhea: You antibiotics will kill both good and bad bacteria in your gut. Some diarrhea is common. Try sticking to liquids for 24 hours. But if things get bad, you need to be checked for a bug called c. Diff which can be hard to treat.

Flagyl: I notice you are jaundiced, has a protozoan infection been ruled out, such as Entameba hidtolytica. This protozoan can cause liver abscesses which in turn can cause jaundice. As such you might want to consult a liver specialist. This could be a reason that the drug is not working. On rare occasions Flagyl can cause jaundice

: You probably have bacterial vaginosis; metronidazole is the usual treatment. Probably your doctor intends the fluconazole to prevent vaginal yeast infection, which can be triggered by metronidazole. It is atypical to treat yeast before causes symptoms, but it's appropriate if NuSwab also showed yeast, or if you've previously had yeast triggered by antibiotics. Confirm with the doctor if any doubt.
