8-10 weeks: A simple break of the fibula takes about 6-8 weeks to heal with 4-6 weeks of therapy afterwards to regain strength, range of motion and balance.  The time it takes to return to sport depends on the type of fracture as well.  I would expect at least 6-8 weeks of healing before returning to play.  Once your strength and range of motion are equal to the good side, you can safely return to play.

It's all cardio: Soccer is a sport that requires superb aerobic fitness to play well as the sport entails nearly non- stop running w/ little 'break' time.Work on your aerobic ( cardio) conditioning ( start running 5-6 days a week ) and u will find that your soccer endurance will increase dramatically . Depends: "tailbone" injuries can be very painful and for a very long time.  Pain will probably dictate your return to your sports.  Of course re-injury can occur but that is a risk you take.  Work with your doctor, sports trainer and coach on when to return.  You may need to see someone skilled in injuries in this area.  Sometime it is necessary to remove a tail bone due to pain and to restore activity.

i play soccer/football and i always get bruises on my foot and shin because of people stepping and kicking me. is there anyway i could minimise this or recover faster. i use ice, heat, compression, arnica cream but nothing seems to works ?

: Wearing shin guards, 2 pairs of socks, and moving a bit faster might help prevent the injury, but regarding healing, you mentioned the correct items. Icing initially limits local swelling, and elevation if needed, but after 12-24 hours, heat brings more local healing factors, and topicals decrease pain. Massage may also stimulate healing. But, I suspect prevention is what you need to focus on.

Sounds ok: A teen girl 64 inches tall usually weighs about 105-135 pounds. It varies a lot depending on body type (slim, muscular, etc.) and the girl will also weigh more if she has large breasts.

Take it slow: Be sure you stretch often and a lot before any exercise.  Take it slowly since you have not been physically active for seven years.  If the pain is not improving with rest, stretching before exercise/activity, and even trying some otc nsaids to decrease inflammation, then seek a medical exam.  Best wishes.

Pitting can be: A sign of a disease like psoriasis or habit related. Maybe you are rubbing it a certain way during a certain activity...Say when you play football etc....
