It's all cardio: Soccer is a sport that requires superb aerobic fitness to play well as the sport entails nearly non- stop running w/ little 'break' time.Work on your aerobic ( cardio) conditioning ( start running 5-6 days a week ) and u will find that your soccer endurance will increase dramatically .
