However, these diagnoses are within a differential diagnosis that needs to be evaluated by means of a comprehensive medical examination.

Possibly: It is reassuring that the imaging is normal .Discuss migraine treatment with your PCP and the use of a prophylactic medication to prevent migraine headaches. Motrin, avoiding caffeine, chocolate and deli meat are advised. Rest and drink fluids. If the symptoms are not controlled with migraine treatment, please seek a Neurology appointment.

Could be: There are many reasons for pins and needles in hands and feet.  At 37 years old its unlikely to be neck related, but some people can have narrowing of the spinal canal from birth.  More likely is neuropathy, where the nerves get sick.  Sometimes its a simple nutritional issue.  It's worth seeing a doctor.

You seem to: have peripheral neuropathy which could be a sign of multiple sclerosis.  Or vitamin deficiency esp B12/folate.  Or peripheral sensory neuron deficit that is only manifesting itself through your dorsolateral tract which governs sensory information. Neuropathy: Pins and needles sensations are usually related to nerve irritation or blood flow issues.  You should be evaluate by your primary care physician to narrow it down.  There are many causes, some require medical treatments. Diabetes is just one example.  Heavy metals, like mercury from seafood, can do it too, as can raynaud's syndrome which causes constriction of capillaries.

Possibilities: Your symptoms could be due to early peripheral neuropathy, may be an early presentation of multiple sclerosis, might be associated with hyperventilation, may be a reaction to a medication, could be due to vitamin deficiency.  Talk to your primary doctor about evaluating this.
