I keep getting pins and needles in my hands and feet everyday and mostly at night. it doesn't hurt but it's a horrible sensation. ?

You seem to: have peripheral neuropathy which could be a sign of multiple sclerosis. Or vitamin deficiency esp B12/folate. Or peripheral sensory neuron deficit that is only manifesting itself through your dorsolateral tract which governs sensory information.
