am experiencing a pinching pain under the armpit spreading to the chest area. have been doing yoga, thinking this might be the cause but not positive?

Sounds Mechanical: You have muscles (pectoralis major and minor) that stretch from your chest to your armpit, and your increased exercise may cause pain from this stretch or soreness.  Nerve pinching may also occur with movements of your shoulder.  Make sure you don't have any enlarged lumps (lymph nodes) in your armpit and wait a few days for the pain to subside.

Unlikely: The cervical (neck) spinal nerves are associated with pain that radiates into the arms.  Upper thoracic (chest area) spinal nerves could be associated with pain radiating around the axilla (armpit) into the chest.

at the peak of the deepest breath i can take standing sitting etc. i get a pinch sensation in my upper right chest between nipple and armpit.tumor?

Pain on deep : Breaths is called pleurisy.  Broad differential, but as a sign, not very specific. You need a chest x-ray, and if it does not show free air (pneumothorax) a prospect, might need more expensive work up.  See a good generalist or lung doctor. Cancer is not high on my list, even if you smoke, if 37 is your age.

Inflammation: They react to anything inflammatory, like infection or injury. So even though they may not be reacting to the spasmed muscle, they may be reacting to the cause of the spasm, whatever that may be.

i have a sore lump in my armpit with no increase in size for the past 3 weeks. dr. diagnosed folliculitis or pinched nerve. what could it be?

Infection/Irritation: infection, or irritation even from shaving. Fortunately, most armpit  lumps are harmless. However, can be related to a more serious underlying health problem and should be evaluated by a doctor. Hope it helps.

Maybe: Have your doctor order an EMG/NCV study, and this will pinpoint the precise nerve and location if done correctly.

See your doctor: There are multiple reasons for the symptoms you describe. It is important to get a medical evaluation. You could see your family doctor who may then refer you to specialist like a neurologist, neurosurgeon or a pain physician. Depending on the cause, you may be prescribed medications, physical therapy,  nerve blocks or surgery.

Different causes: Pain radiating down the neck to the shoulders levels, is very often generated by the cervical facets, usually the last 3- C4-5, C5-6 C6-7. A compressed nerve root gives you a radiculopathy down the arm but thecause of compression may be a herniated disc,a neuroforaminal stenosis or a hypertrophied cervical facet that narrows the neuroforamina, or it can be compressed anywhere else down the path

i have pain in one boob my right it feels like theres muscle on the top not like a lump almost like a quarter moon shape top to side i went a dr he didnt seem worried about breast cancer i also pinched a nerve in my armpit causing back/chest pain?

Pinched nerve: If you still have concerns about your breast, consult a breast surgeon for evaluation and advice. A pinched nerve in the armpit shouldn't cause chest and back pain, but one in the upper back vertebra could. If symptoms persist get an opinion from an orthopedic specialist.
