Maybe folliculitis: Pubic hair follicles can get infected easily causing a bumpy slightly painful eruption.  Many other possibilities exist. Needs to be seen: It could be a viral infectious Molluscum Contagiosum rash. It easy to get rid off it with the topical cream and personal hygiene. But needs to be seen by the doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Yes: You are more likely to sweat and become a bit more hyper-metabolic since you are creating another human inside. Make sure you use breathable, meaning cotton and other natural fabrics as undergarments, to cover yourself, keep well hydrated and don’t overdress to stay as comfortable and non-sweaty as possible

i have what looks like a pimple on my pubic area. it was painful so i popped it. it still hurts though. should i be worried?

FoliculitisORherpes: It is not uncommon to get a pimple or several of them in the public area due to clogged hair follicles, especially if you shave that area.  However, if you have a history of unprotected sex you are at risk for genital herpes, which can also cause a similar symptoms. Try warm compresses and ibuprofen.  If your symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention asap. Take Care!

: Herpes are small blisters that break very easily&amp;scab,are painful&amp;come in clusters.The pubic location is also good for it. 
If they are real tiny acne-looking ‘pimples’, it may be folliculitis.Some are pierced by a hair, not in clusters, red around and just tender. 
Anything you pick at, will bleed.
Remember:Herpes is contagious, it can become recurrent, medication will suppress it.

No waxing or shaving: Tretinoin (retin-a) cream can help decrease skin plugging or hyperkaratosis. Topical tretinoin cream may thin out the epidermis, reduce the buildup of dead skin cells, and decrease hair embedding into the follicies. Topical corticosteroid creams with a mild strength can be applied to reduce inflammation of inflamed ingrown hairs.

if i put toothpaste on a pimple in my pubic area will it work? they say putting toothpaste in a pimple will get rid of it. is there side effects?

Toothpaste?: Putting toothpaste is not a great solution for blocked pours regardless of the location.  I think the worst side effect is that you would be disappointed knowing the other ways to deal with a pimple.
