I have a big red pimple on my pubic area it hurts a lot and there is another one appearing near it. they are hard and pointy. please help me?

You can apply warm compresses (washcloth with very warm to hot water, but not too hot) to the areas several times/day. They may open and drain. Don’t pick at them. If they are not improving or they are getting larger, or you have a fever, please see your doctor.
