Toothpaste?: Putting toothpaste is not a great solution for blocked pours regardless of the location. I think the worst side effect is that you would be disappointed knowing the other ways to deal with a pimple.

No : Doesn't work. It may dry it out but it may cause irritation or further infection when the skin oil can't drain.
