Yes: You are more likely to sweat and become a bit more hyper-metabolic since you are creating another human inside. Make sure you use breathable, meaning cotton and other natural fabrics as undergarments, to cover yourself, keep well hydrated and don’t overdress to stay as comfortable and non-sweaty as possible

Goosebumps: Goosebumps have nothing to do with cleanliness. They are a result of a very small muscle around the base of a hair follicle that causes stiffening of the hair and follicle called "piloerection." your body does this most often when you feel cold as part of an effort to warm you up, but can also happened when alarmed or scared. There are several rashes common during pregnancy that might resemble it.
