Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Pimples on the palms is not a common lesion and the lesions are not likely to be pimples. It would be prudent to see your doctor for a proper evaluation.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Foreign body  Rxn ?: This is likely a response to a sticker or other foreign body that got into the skin, or an infection starting in a break in the skin.If growth is evident in 1 day it is unlikely to be a simple wart.Examine it closely & see if you can identify a sticker or other object you could remove.Monitor the spot on a regular basis & have it checked if it continues to expand.

Likely a wart: Warts caused by strains of the verruca vulgaris virus can pup up on many body surfaces and these sound like warts.The plantar wart often is flatter &amp; forms deep in the skin of the bottom of the foot. The ones on his hand sound similar.

: Localized skin eruptions like this are usually due to an allergic response/contact dermatitis to a triggering agent. Disrupted skin can also become infected by surface germs. Many will fade if there is no continuing contact with the triggering agent over a 2-week period. Keep it clean and apply mild steroid cream and it may improve faster.

Lots of causes for skin lesions, and more data than "pimple with reddish rash" required for differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. Don't waste your time and money trying different OTC in the hopes that one will work. See a doctor.

AtLeast It'sNot Hair: It would be helpful to know what types of medication you've tried (pills, creams,lotions,gels,tinctures, powders,ointments,abrasives,steam,axle grease,flame thrower,chlorosulfonic acid...). Also what kind of work you do. Are your hands wet a lot? Or are they dry, chapped and cracked in between those "pimples." And are they really pimples or little fluid-filled bumps? If so check with your doctor.
