Got a small bump on palm of my hand. te size of a small pimple. what could it be? it's not really painful but has grown a bit bigger from this morning

Foreign body Rxn ?: This is likely a response to a sticker or other foreign body that got into the skin, or an infection starting in a break in the skin.If growth is evident in 1 day it is unlikely to be a simple wart.Examine it closely & see if you can identify a sticker or other object you could remove.Monitor the spot on a regular basis & have it checked if it continues to expand.
