Please: Please make an appointment for your child to see a Pediatrician. Lots of causes for skin lesions, and more data than "pimple with reddish rash" required for differential diagnosis and appropriate treatment plan. Don't waste your time and money trying different OTC in the hopes that one will work. See a doctor.
