i have a white spot on the tip of each nipple, visible when nipples get hard. wondering what they were. they look like pimples with a white head. not pregnant or breastfeeding. no pain, no discharge? dr did a breast exam last week said all normal?

Where is your lesion: Sounds like a skin infection which can be due to bacteria or viruses.  Like you say, it could be a pimple, abscess, cold sore, etc.  I would try hot compresses to see if this helps and if no resolution have someone look at it so they can start you on the right medicine.  Depending on the location, this can provide some clues as to what it may be.

i have really bad acne scars on my neck and chest area from when i was pregnant, it looks really horrible, please advise what i can use to clear these dark spots? my chest is worse.. im currently breastfeeding. is topiclear cream advisable?

A dermatologist: One's dermatologist can examine the old scars to see what can be done. Some techniques include chemical peels to smooth out tiny defects, dermabrasion to sand the skin to become more even, and injecting fillers into some spots. Different dermatologists may use different methods, so it is fine to get opinions from  two dermatologists.

Unlikely: This would be an unlikely presentation for breast cancer, particularly at your age.  It is most likely just a pimple, an infected cyst, or possibly a small abscess.  However, if there is a persistent mass that doesn't go away, excising it might help take care of it as well as rule out some form of cancer.

: If pus drained from the pimple it most likely contained staph bacteria. In this case you should sterilize the surrounding skin with rubbing alcohol or antibacterial ointment, apply antibacterial ointment to the cleaned off pimple, cover with a gauze and tape it in place preferably with paper tape. Observe for spreading redness,swelling,pain in which case a physician should examine it &amp; advise you
