:  There are several variables to your concern. Is there an infection deeper than the skin?  I cannot provide you advice without seeing and evaluating the issue, but it may need antibiotics by mouth. This can be serious to need you to go to the hospital for CT scan.

Warm compresses: We typically recommend RICE (rest, ice, compression &amp; elevation) for injuries &amp; warmth for infections. With pimples, consider applying warm compresses (someone once said that I should warn against burning yourself!) as often as tolerable. Idea is to increase blood flow (ice slows it down) &amp; thus help fight off infection. If no better, gets worse or affects vision, see your doctor immediately

Pityrosporom: This is common, particularly in athletes.  It looks like acne, with small pustules on the forehead, face, neck and shoulders, but it is actually a yeast.  Most of the time an over the counter dandruff shampoo applied to the affected area will take care of it.  Sometimes prescription antifungal medicines are needed.

Stye: There are few conditions that can cause eyelid inflammation with stye being common, specifically with pain. Applying warm compresses 3-4 times/day for 15 min may help as most resolve by themselves in 2-3 days. In case progression is noted instead, antibiotics may be needed and seeking advise from your doc ( PCP or GP) is recommended.
